Here at Highland Lakes Camp, we've been blessed with a number of wonderful facilities to make sure that your stay here is comfortable and full of memorable experiences!
Lodging: From cozy cottages to roomy bunkhouses, and fully furnished motel rooms to a full hook-up RV park -- we've got plenty of great options to make your stay comfortable!
Meeting Spaces: Choose from a variety of private meeting spaces, which can be used for, but are not limited to, breakout sessions, small group time, worship services, workshops, or other types of gathering. Meeting spaces are conveniently located all over campus, and can accommodate a variety of setup needs.

Dining Hall: Our full-service Dining Hall is equipped with two serving lines, indoor and outdoor seating, and plenty of delicious home-made food to keep you and your group happy and full throughout your stay. All meals are served hot and fresh, with a cereal bar open at breakfast and dietary options available at all meals.
Gift Shop / Concession Stand: The Gift Shop is open all summer and is available on request during retreat season. Come by and check out our great selection of HLC merchandise, toys, jewelry, books, and more! The Concession Stand is available during summer to keep campers energized, hydrated, and well supplied with our famous Brown Cows.

With the capacity to house over 700 guests, our dorm-style bunkhouses make up the majority of our lodging at HLC. Each bunkhouse is made up of at least two separate sleeping areas with bunkbeds, restrooms and showers, and most have a meeting room and/or porch. All bunkhouses are heated and air-conditioned, and kept clean and tidy to make sure your stay is as comfortable as can be.
Another great housing option at HLC is our motel rooms, located at Highland Inn and Memorial Lodge. Highland Inn has 32 semi-private rooms each with private bathrooms, one queen bed and either a twin bed or a bunk bed. Memorial Lodge consists of 5 larger semi-private rooms with private bathrooms, each accommodating 3 - 6 people per room with an assortment of queen and bunkbeds. Both the Inn and the Lodge offer a wheelchair accessible room, and all rooms are equipped with linens, towels, and complimentary soaps, shampoos, and bottled waters.
These rooms are great for groups that want a little more privacy than the bunkhouses, such as couples or family retreats, and business or leadership conferences. You can also choose to include a number of motel rooms with your bunkhouse rental, depending on availability. Both buildings are centrally located for easy access to the rest of camp facilities.
For those looking for a get-away, our two cottages, Kilburn and the Upper Room, offer all the comforts of home in the secluded and relaxing setting of camp. Kilburn Cottage includes a cozy kitchenette, living and dining area, one bathroom, and one bedroom with two queen beds. The Upper Room includes a newly covered deck, a full size kitchen and dining area, living room, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms -- one with four bunk beds (for a total of 8 beds) and one with one queen bed and one bunkbed with a double bed on the bottom. Both cottages provide linens, towels, and complimentary soaps, shampoos, and bottled waters.
Highland Lakes offers a variety of meeting spaces to suit any need. Large groups can have the flexibility of a camp experience without limiting the number of participants by using one of our three conference spaces, while smaller groups can use one or more of several meeting rooms located all over camp to host meetings, breakouts, workshops, and more in an intimate setting.
All of our meeting spaces can be customized with seating and table arrangements to meet your needs, and can be equipped with audio/visual support, podiums, and marker boards on request. Our staff will take care of all setup for you so that you can focus on having a great retreat!
Miles Auditorium is our main worship center, with a capacity of up to 1,200 in the main room and 125 in the foyer. The building includes a permanent stage, and environmental projection, stage lighting, and a sound booth which are available for additional fees.
The Art and Myrtle Little Conference Center contains a large meeting space that can hold up to 350 and includes a permanent stage. A sound system and mounted projector are available for additional fees. Surrounding the main room are 5 breakout rooms ranging in capacity from 50 to 75.
Providence Tabernacle was the original worship and meeting space on the grounds, and has been renovated into a climate-controlled auditorium space that can hold up to 350. This room also provides a permanent stage, and has a sound system and mounted projector available for additional fees.
At Highland Lakes, we know there's more to a great stay than just a place to sleep. Other camp facilities include the Dining Hall, ready to serve you and your group fresh home-cooked meals to keep you fully energized; an awesome playground for the kids (and the kids at heart); two beautiful prayer gardens for a place to get away and relax; the Camp Gift Shop and Concession Stand for your sweet treats and T-shirt needs, and a variety of recreational facilities and activities.
We also offer 67 full hook-up RV sites equipped with water, sewer, 50/30 amp electrical, and picnic tables. The park is landscaped with mature oak shade trees, native wildflowers and shrubs, and includes a covered pavilion. Contact us to learn more about staying long or short term in the RV park.
